Description
Telia partnered with Merkle to elevate their webshop, self-service, and CRM. With a platform of this scale comes great responsibility. Over time, those responsibilities became fragmented—divided among teams and scattered across systems that struggled to communicate. Our goal was to unify every element into a seamless experience. Enter: Project One.
Through research and strategy, we developed a game plan—one that Telia could embrace as a clear and realistic path forward.
The plan was split into three stages.
Stage 01
One Experience: This stage was about making it visible, accessible and simple.
Stage 02
One Relation: This stage was about uniting, supporting and proaction.
Stage 03
One Life: This stage was about personalizing, enabling and connecting.
We started by building a solid foundation based in data and user insights, ensuring every decision was informed. From there, we layered in new technologies and innovative ideas, always with scalability in mind. Our vision? A digital Telia, built to evolve.
In close collaboration with Telia, we developed a robust, scalable design system. The process required alignment across teams, simplifying workflows, and rethinking our approach. From refining processes to working closely with front-end, every step was about ensuring clarity, consistency, and seamless execution.
